How far ahead should we book a holiday party?
As early as you can. Peak December dates in both regions are typically committed well before Thanksgiving.
Can you cater holiday parties in both regions on the same dates?
Yes. The regions are staffed independently, so simultaneous events on both coasts are possible.
Which areas do you cater?
We operate in two regions. In Florida we serve Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. In Southern California we serve Los Angeles County and Orange County. Full detail is on our locations page.
Do you provide staff, setup and equipment?
Yes. We deliver, arrange and set up before your guests arrive. Full-service events include professional service staff, chafing and serving equipment, and cleanup.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
