Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of catereverywhere.com and the catering services Cater Everywhere provides in Florida and Southern California.

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Agreement to these terms

By using catereverywhere.com or booking catering with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may use this site to learn about our services, view menus and contact us. You may not use it to break the law, to interfere with the site’s operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to misrepresent who you are.

The content on this site — text, photographs, menus, logos and design — belongs to Cater Everywhere or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Quotes, orders and pricing

Prices shown on the site are indicative and are not an offer. A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing for your specific date, headcount, menu and location.

Menu availability, pricing and minimums vary between our Florida and Southern California regions and change with market costs and season. Final pricing is what is stated on your confirmed quote or contract.

Bookings, deposits and cancellations

Full-service events generally require a signed agreement and a deposit to hold the date. Cancellation terms, final headcount deadlines and payment schedules are set out in that agreement, because they differ by event type and scale.

Where food has already been purchased or prepared for your event, cancellation charges may apply. We will always tell you what those are before you sign.

Food allergies and dietary requirements

We take dietary requirements seriously and label per item as standard. You must tell us about allergies and dietary needs in advance so that we can prepare and label correctly.

We operate shared commercial kitchens. While we follow careful handling procedures, we cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free of a given allergen, and we do not hold kosher certification or rabbinical supervision. If a guest has a severe allergy, tell us and we will explain exactly how the item is prepared so you can make an informed decision.

Delivery, access and the venue

You are responsible for making sure we can access the venue at the agreed time, and that the site has whatever we have agreed it will provide — power, water, tables, parking or loading access. Delays or additional costs caused by access problems outside our control may be charged.

Equipment and rentals

Serving equipment we supply remains ours. You are responsible for equipment left on site after service until we collect it, and for the replacement cost of items lost or damaged while in your care.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for providing the catering you have contracted, to the standard agreed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including severe weather, wildfire, hurricane, power failure, road closure, venue failure or civil emergency. Where such an event prevents service, we will work with you on rescheduling or a fair adjustment.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer protection law of the state you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
